This investment involves the construction of a multimedia oceanarium, a lagoon, and a complex of swimming pools and saunas. There is also an interactive science center, a 5D cave, a 4-star hotel with conference facilities, and a medical gallery, plus catering and commercial facilities.The Nautilus Oceanarium, in addition to its broadly understood functions of leisure and entertainment, will also play an educational role in familiarizing visitors with the secrets concealed in the ocean depths. For this purpose, the aquarium will be inhabited by the most beautiful sea plants and aquatic animals originating from South America.
