This complex of residential buildings forms part of the Fabryczna City concept, which involves the revitalization of the former Polmos industrial plants in Krakow. Fabryczna City is a modern multi-functional complex in the center of Krakow.
The residential section, in principle, will consist of two buildings with commercial premises on the ground floor. A number of the apartments on the top floor will have terraces on the roof of the building.
