Wroclavia is a multi-storey shopping center integrated with an underground bus station and office space, prominently located in the heart of Wrocław. The inspiration for the building's architecture was Wrocław itself with its islands and bridges over the Odra River. Another major influence was the immediate proximity of the 450-year-old oak, known as The Guide, which led to the roofs over the main entrances being organically formed to resemble spreading tree crowns.
As early as the design and construction stage, the commercial part of Wroclavia obtained an Excellent BREEAM certificate. The project was presented with the Best Retail Architecture Europe and Best International Retail Architecture 2018-2019 awards.
