Novum Apartments consist of four buildings of various heights (from 4 to 9 above-ground floors), which, despite their modernist look, naturally fit into the city's surrounding architecture. Their fourfold layout reflects features of typical Krakowian architecture, while creating natural, spacious and green internal courtyards in the form of private gardens, accessible only to residents.
