The basic architectural leitmotiv of the entire project is the rhythmic and repeating grid of glazed panels, which also act as a canvas for various treatments that make the aesthetic effect more impactful; for instance, wood-like applications and slanted walls for the front elevation. The façade’s features are based on a tranquil, repeatable arrangement of windows, while the remaining elevations are accented with wood-like materials. The interiors of the courtyards are designed to be inviting public spaces for users.
